I need to interact with people, but have difficulties initiating new contacts on my own / from scratch

In a situation where nobody takes initiative but someone should, even if I don't like it, I tend to take the role.

I will search for potential problems but as well how to prevent or solve them (not only pointing them out)

Can deeply focus on a task for multiple hours, be "in the zone", but struggle with multi-tasking
