I need to interact with people, but have difficulties initiating new contacts on my own / from scratch

Keeping an overview is a must, things must make sense

In a situation where nobody takes initiative but someone should, even if I don't like it, I tend to take the role.

If something needs to be said, I will not beat around the bush

I will search for potential problems but as well how to prevent or solve them (not only pointing them out)

If given choice, does not wake up early, can be productive till late

Stagnating stresses me out, this pushes me to constantly learn new things

I like to go to the office at the same time, having this rhythm to avoid having to think / force myself

Can deeply focus on a task for multiple hours, be "in the zone", but struggle with multi-tasking

Loves helping or explaining things to people. Pretty good at listening to others problems and iterate together

Reads the friendly manual. That's more a skill than personality though

I deeply customize my tools to match my workflow. Even when it takes more time than it saves, I treat it as a creative outlet worth pursuing.
